We were globe-trotters. Restless, curious, always with bags half-packed and a new corner of the world on the horizon. Then we found Lombok and something shifted.
The light was different here. The people were different. The pace of life, the flavours, the volcanic coastline, the simple honesty of it all. It wasn’t a destination. It was a feeling. And we have been chasing it ever since.
Lombok wasn’t in the plan. That, of course, is exactly why it worked. You don’t engineer a love affair. You fall into one. And so we did. Headlong, completely, with no intention of looking back.

The Lombok Lodge Boutique Hotel was the natural consequence of that love. A five-star Sanctuary set along the serene shores of Medana Bay in the quiet, unhurried northwest of the island. Nine lodge suites. White-toned, calm, architectural. Designed not to impress, but to move.
We wanted something with the dimension of a great hotel and the soul of a family home. That balance, we have learned, is the hardest thing to get right – and the only thing worth pursuing.
